Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 27, 2026

Phase One Labz LLC (“Phase One Labz,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit staging.phaseonelabz.com or place an order, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your information.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. When you create an account, place an order, contact us, or sign up for our email list, we collect: name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number (if provided), order details, organization type, and any messages you send us. We do not store full payment card or bank account numbers on our servers; payment data is collected and processed by our payment processors (see Section 3).

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our servers and analytics tools automatically receive: IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, time on page, and approximate geographic location derived from IP. We use cookies and similar technologies to recognize returning visitors, maintain shopping carts, and measure site performance.

Information from third parties. If you use a third-party login or our payment processors verify your identity, we may receive limited information from those services (for example, a confirmation that your bank account was authenticated, without receiving the bank credentials themselves).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: (a) process and fulfill orders, including payment, shipping, customer service, and post-sale communications; (b) operate, maintain, and improve the site; (c) communicate transactional information such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, and account changes; (d) send marketing emails or SMS messages where you have opted in, and allow you to unsubscribe at any time; (e) detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; (f) comply with applicable law, court orders, and lawful government requests.

3. Sharing With Service Providers

We share information with the following categories of service providers strictly to operate our business:

  • Payment processing: TagadaPay, eDebit Direct, and their underlying processors (including Plaid for bank-account validation). These services receive billing information and payment data needed to authorize and settle your transaction.
  • Order fulfillment and shipping: ShipStation and the carriers we use (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or others) receive your shipping address and order details.
  • Email and SMS marketing: Klaviyo and SendGrid handle our transactional and marketing email infrastructure.
  • Hosting and infrastructure: Cloudways and Cloudflare host the site and protect it from abuse.
  • Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and similar services help us understand site usage and measure ad effectiveness. Where you have not consented, we limit these tools to non-personalized measurement.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. Where data is shared with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, applicable law may treat that as a “sale” or “share”; California residents may opt out as described in Section 7.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies in three categories: (a) essential cookies required for the site to function (cart contents, login state, security); (b) analytics cookies that measure how the site is used in aggregate; (c) advertising cookies that help measure and optimize our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may break parts of the site, including checkout.

5. Data Retention

We retain order records for as long as needed to support warranty, refund, accounting, and legal-compliance obligations, typically seven (7) years from the date of the order to satisfy U.S. tax recordkeeping requirements. Account profile data is retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period after closure. Marketing-list data is retained until you unsubscribe.

6. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all site traffic and limited internal access to order data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights — California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (a) know what personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used and shared; (b) delete personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions; (c) correct inaccurate personal information; (d) opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; (e) limit the use of sensitive personal information; (f) be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these rights, email info@staging.phaseonelabz.com with your request and proof of California residency. We will respond within 45 days.

8. Your Rights — EU/UK Residents (GDPR/UK GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing including direct marketing. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, contact us at info@staging.phaseonelabz.com. Our legal bases for processing are: contract performance (order fulfillment), legitimate interests (security, analytics, business operations), legal obligation (tax records), and consent (marketing).

9. Children

The site is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no industry-standard interpretation of this signal, and we do not currently change our practices in response to it. We honor opt-out cookies set by recognized advertising self-regulatory programs (e.g., the Digital Advertising Alliance).

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date and, where required by law, notify you by email or site notice. Your continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
