Phase One Labz Affiliate Program Terms
By registering as a Phase One Labz affiliate, you agree to the following:
1. Commission and Payouts
You earn 10% commission on net sales generated through your unique affiliate coupon or link. A 30-day cookie window applies: you are credited for purchases made within 30 days of a customer using your link. Payouts are issued weekly once your balance reaches the $250 minimum; balances under $250 roll to the next cycle. Your commission rate is confidential. Do not disclose your rate or earnings to other affiliates, as rates vary by partner.
2. Research Use Only (non-negotiable)
All Phase One Labz products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only. You may NOT market, describe, or imply that our products are for human or animal consumption, weight loss, anti-aging, bodybuilding, dosing, or the treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition. No medical or health claims of any kind are permitted. Violation results in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
3. FTC Disclosure
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Phase One Labz on all promotional content (for example, #ad or affiliate).
4. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Clawbacks
Commissions on orders that are later refunded, charged back, or cancelled will be deducted from your balance.
5. Conduct and Termination
No spam, no paid-search bidding on Phase One Labz branded terms, and no fake reviews or misleading claims. We may terminate any affiliate at any time, with immediate effect, for violating these terms. Phase One Labz is not responsible for any social media account, page, or content you lose, have restricted, or have banned in connection with promoting our products.
6. Taxes
US affiliates earning $600 or more per calendar year must provide a valid W-9; a 1099 will be issued.
Phase One Labz reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
