Refund Policy
All products sold by Phase One Labz are intended solely for in-vitro research use and are not for human or animal consumption. By purchasing, you agree that all sales are final once the product has shipped.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds are considered only in the following circumstances: the item shipped does not match the item ordered, the product arrived visibly damaged or compromised at delivery, or the order was not delivered within 30 days of purchase.
How to Request
Email info@staging.phaseonelabz.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable
Change of mind, improper storage after delivery, or refusal of delivery does not qualify for a refund.
